Dr. Wayne Archer is professor of real estate and Director of the Center for Real Estate Studies. He has served as educational consultant to numerous industry organizations, including the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, Freddie Mac, and the Florida Real Estate Commission. He serves on the editorial board of one of the leading real estate and urban economics journals, Real Estate Economics. In addition, he is co-author of a leading academic real estate textbook Real Estate Principles: A Value Approach, McGraw-Hill Irwin.

Dr. Judy Fisher, Director of Instructional Support for the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida, works with faculty to create Internet-based courses for online Undergraduate and Graduate Degree Programs. Dr. Fisher also writes the college's Teaching and Technology newsletter.

Florida Real Estate Commission Course I – Pre-Licensing Course For Sales Associates. As your instructor, Kent brings a wealth of personal experience from several fields, including real estate brokerage and sales, mortgage brokerage, as well as over a decade of teaching the numerous state-mandated real estate licensing courses.
